„Georgian Water & Power “ approved new organizational structure of managing the company due to the fact of transition to the new technological stage of development.
The new structure is way more flexible as compared with the effective model, reflects strategic priorities of the company to the most extent and is brought in line with the challenges to be of importance while transition to the new stage.
The new structure’s major area of focus is sustainable development of Tbilisi water supply and sewage infrastructure and dramatic improvement of the service quality. The new model provides for more efficient management of inherent risks in the company’s activity and significant improvement of customer satisfaction.
The new organizational structure concept and model has been developed by „Georgian Water & Power “ in cooperation with Synergy Group consulting company during 3 months.
