Georgian Water & Power company is about to launch a new project. The company’s top and mid managers will directly contact the customers and examine level of satisfaction of the population about the technical works performed by the company.
Managers of Georgian Water & Power company will personally control the responses to each call received via the Hot Line on a daily basis. The company’s representatives will call back the customers providing information on failures to the company and ask their opinion about efficiency of the work performed.
The customer feedback will be elicited on a regular basis to help the company to improve service quality and introduce new standards.
