Main procedural issues with which the citizens apply to "GWP" regional service centers

 

Customer name change

The case when the owner of apartment is changed and the new owner wants adjust the customer name in the bill.

• Interested persons have to file an application to the regional service centers of GWP (according to the residence address), which should include:

  • Customer Number
  • An extract from the Public Register
  • Copy of ID card

• the applicant`s documentation is handed over to the commercial department of GWP

• the customer will receive written response to the application in 10 calendar days.

 

Adjustment of number of the customer family members

The case when an individual wishes to adjust the number of family members due to the death or imprisonment of family members , exclusion from or inclusion into the civil registry database

  • An extract from the Public Register
  • A certificate from the Civil Registry
  • Copy of ID card

• the applicant`s documentation is handed over to the commercial department of GWP

Billing adjustments for the individuals

Transfer of residential debt from one customer to another

  • both customer numbers
  • both customers’ extracts from the Public Register
  • both customers’ certificates from the Civil Registry
  • copies of the ID cards.

Registration of an individual as new customer

Case: housing expansion, the family split, moving to newly built residential house.

No technical specification is necessary for the individual’s registration as a customer

  • An extract from the Public Register
  • Copy of ID card

• the applicant’s documentation is handed over to the commercial department of GWP

Distribution of individual debt

• Interested persons have to file an application to the regional service centers of GWP (according to the residence address), which should include:

  • Customer Number
  • Copy of ID card

• the applicant’s documentation is handed over to the commercial department of GWP

• the customer will receive written response to the application in 10 calendar days.

 

Residential meter issues

Cases when an individual has any type problems related to meters:

  • moving/ re-installation of meters installed in improper places
  • re-installation of the meter installed backwards
  • replacement of damaged meter
  • repair of damage on the metering point (points of meter connection with pipe, leakage)
  • adjustment of improperly connected network
  • meter filter cleaning
  • damaged shutter (valve) replacement.

• Interested persons have to file an application to the regional service centers of GWP (according to the residence address), which should include:

  • Copy of ID card

• The application will be transferred to the metering coordination group of GWP and the maintenance personnel will contact directly the customer and, depending on the complexity of the problem, agree the date and time of doing the work.

 

The case when an individual wants to replace old seal of the meter (fallen, rusty or damaged)

• Interested persons have to file an application to the regional service centers of GWP (according to the residence address), which should include:

  • Copy of ID card

• the applicant’s documentation will be transferred to the commercial department of GWP and the maintenance personnel will contact directly the customer and, depending on the complexity of the problem, agree the date and time of doing the work.

 

Change of the name of the legal entity

The case when the company rented or bought property and would like to register it at GWP with the new name

  • Rent
  • Purchase

• Interested persons have to file an application to the regional service centers of GWP (according to the residence address).

In case of renting a property the application shall be accompanied by:

  • An extract from the entrepreneurial register, along with the ID of the director
  • An extract from the public register, along with the ID of the owner
  • Lease Agreement
  • Consent of the property owner
  • In case of purchase of property the application shall be accompanied by:
  • An extract from the public register, along with the ID of the owner

• the applicant’s documentation is handed over to the commercial department of GWP

• the customer will receive written response to the application in 10 calendar days.

 

Issues related to the meters owned by Legal entity

Case: the meter dismantling and removal, seal damage, seal removal, meter damage

 

• Interested persons have to file an application to the regional service centers of GWP (according to the residence address), which should include:

  • Customer Number
  • Director’s ID or a proxy to a third party.

• the applicant’s documentation is handed over to the commercial department of GWP

• in 10 calendar days the GWP inspectors will do the corresponding work

• In case if the customer files an application about the pipe damage, it will be given the status of urgent application and corresponding necessary works will be carried out.

 

Request for customer payment history

In case when an individual or legal entity make a request for the extract from billing statement

 

• Interested persons file an application to GWP-`s regional service centers (according to the residence address):

  • the individual
  • legal entity

• the individual application must be accompanied by:

  • An extract from the Public Register
  • A copy of the owner`s ID
  • The application of a legal person must be accompanied by:
  • An extract from the Public Register
  • An extract from the entrepreneurial register
  • Copies of the IDs of the owner and director

• The customer will receive payment history at GWP-`s office within 10 calendar days since filing the application or, in the desired location, via mail.

 

Legal entities registration as customers

The case when several companies are registered in one building and one of them wants to be registered as sub-customer.

Commercial spaces do not require technical specification

• Interested persons file an application to GWP-`s regional service centers (according to the residence address):

In case of ownership of the application shall be accompanied by:

  • An extract from the entrepreneurial register, along with the director’s ID
  • an extract from the public register, along with the owner’s ID.
  • In case of rental, the application shall be accompanied by:
  • An extract from the entrepreneurial register, along with the director’s ID
  • An extract from the public register, along with the owner’s ID.
  • Rental Agreement

• the applicant’s documentation is handed over to the commercial department of GWP

• the customer will receive written response to the application in 10 calendar days.

 

 

Installation of meters to legal entities

• Interested persons have to file an application to the regional service centers of GWP (according to the residence address), which should include:

  • An extract from the entrepreneurial register
  • The director’s ID

• the applicant executes an agreement with the company

• the applicant’s documentation is handed over to the commercial department of GWP

• the applicant receives a written response to the application in 45 calendar days.

 

 

Distribution of corporate debt

• the interested person files an application to the desired regional branch of GWP, which should include:

  • Customer Number
  • An extract from the entrepreneurial register
  • An extract from the Public Register
  • copies of Ids of the owner and the director

• the applicant’s documentation is handed over to the commercial department of GWP

• the customer will receive written response to the application in 10 calendar days.

 

Registration of commercial customers at the residential building
