30/10/2015 The best students participating in summer training and employment program will join Georgian Water and Power Company
The summer training and employment program of GWP for the current year revealed 10 best young people to be employed by the company, while some others will carry on in the capacity of paid trainees and further improve their practical knowledge.
Head of Human Resources Development Department of GWP Salome Bazerashvili informed about that the program participants today and introduced to them the newly employed students considered as the best by GWP management. The students and graduates attending the meeting at the GWP head office and engaged in summer training and employment program were awarded corresponding certificates.
The management decided to employ the best students after the close of the summer training and employment program. They were revealed among 90 participants of the program by way of analysis of the acquired results. To attract promising and motivated young people to the summer training and employment program GWP collaborated with the JOB FAIR and all those higher education institutions, with whom it had earlier executed memorandums of cooperation. It is important that the selected students had done the training course mostly in technology and engaged in daily activity of the company. The events like the aforesaid will interest motivated young people and support their future employment by GWP.
